Meltdown

Last night we had a meltdown. It is not complete as ice takes much longer to melt than snow, but the difference some wind, rain, and higher temperatures can make is amazing. Almost all the grass is visible and Teal Lake is thriving. We are looking for colder temperatures the next few days, so you never know what it will look like outside tomorrow.

  1. Sounds slushy, put on your mud boots and go take pictures ... please? I would love to see what you see.

  3. Me, too! I thought 'what is going on?!'
Here it was milder, too, but we still have a lot of snow and the driveway is one sheet of ice. I hate it!
The wind was so terrible last night, I prayed!
The trees sound horrible in the mighty wind. Especially in the dark!

  4. There's hardly any snow left, and what a nice cozy house that is!
