Sometimes God answers the simplest prayers, like mine this morning. "Please, God, send the hummingbird." I had my camera ready and suddenly, there he was! I had time to snap one picture before he was chased away by the female. These little birds stop by my feeder often during the course of each day but I'm not usually ready for them or they disappear before I have a chance to take a picture. Thank you, Lord, for that little blessing this morning!

He's doing okay as far as I know.
ReplyDeleteShelly is far too into the technical aspects of photography for me. I'm just a simple girl. I know what I like and so that's what I take pictures of. I don't want to ruin the fun and let it get me stressed out. :o)
OK Martha, will you pray for me, I've been waiting for a little "redheaded" bird by my feeder, and everytime I'm ready he isn't.....Pray for tomorrow morning!!

ReplyDeletehumming birds = very cool, glad you got a shot. When I was in Colorado with my cousin I found a nest with baby mockingbirds, I will have to post a pic later..
