I could get in a lot of trouble with that little bag of spider confetti... This one is stuck on the driver's side window of my car. Every once in a while it catches me by surprise, but only when I see it out of the corner of my eye, and it never moves. It's been stuck there for a couple of weeks now, even with me rolling the window up and down. (Do we still "roll" windows up and down? Or do you need a handle to do that?)

Spider confetti????
ReplyDeleteEWwww
Not fond of spiders or snakes...
When we came home last night my hubby went into the family room and yelled snake!
I came running...it was a 15 inch garter snake that was making its way across our carpet.
It may be small and harmless....BUT it was in MY house !!
I corralled it with some poster board and hubby got the pincher grabber thing and escorted it out to the bushes.
It has really spooked me and I keep looking around for another one.
How it got in I don't know but ugh!!!
As harmless as garter snakes are, my spiders are much more tame. My childhood friend and I used to catch garter snakes down by the woods were there must have been a nest of them one spring. I don't mind them outside in the bushes, but I don't want them in my house either. Stinkbugs are bad enough!

Oh the stinkbugs! I HATE THEM. I almost stepped on a snake this summer, as it slithered right by the pool filter I was turning on. I jumped and shimmied and almost broke, dislocated, and twisted every muscle and bone in my body. Or so it felt. Plus the near heart attack, ha. Then the dog came and picked it up...ugh. I can just imagine you driving and seeing that out of the corner of your eye every little while...
ReplyDeleteI was more dismayed at the stinkbug flying/crawling about my dashboard on the way home tonight. They are becoming a new sure sign of fall. Booo! A snake will make me jump but I am not necessarily terrified of them. Same with spiders, unless they are confetti spiders.
