Today I went to lunch with my sister Priscilla, who was kind enough to give me a ride to my interview as my vehicle had been commandeered by its second owner and taken to the southern tier. Priscilla suggested going to Leo's since it was right around the corner from where I'd interviewed. We had the whole afternoon to spend doing whatever we chose, but our choice was to come back to the house where we both settled onto a couch and fell fast asleep to the sounds of birds and tractors. Soothing country sounds.
The house was strangely silent after yesterday's continual action. Our visitors were off doing some more visiting (and a little bit of sight seeing as well).
On Thursday maybe we'll have another party. One small girl will be having a birthday on Friday and an early celebration is in order. What a great way to wrap up the week!
Photos courtesy of yesterday, and my sister Rachel who was wise enough to bring her camera along to the party.

An afternoon nap is always a pleasure. I love the pictures!
ReplyDeleteYes, there is nothing like a good nap on a sleepy day. And thanks.

I was home all day today... except for when I went to Dr Quatro for an adjustment. A migraine had me laying low, and even after my adjustment I found it hard to function. I tried going in the pool with Steven for a bit, but when the nausea set in I opted for a nap on my bed instead. All better now. Those darn headaches can sure put a damper on things. Glad you had a nice day, and your interview went well.
ReplyDeleteCute pics by the way! ;)
DeleteYeah. They are cute. Thanks for having your camera along. And forgive me for not giving you the photo credits. (I must have been tired and not thinking right.)

You don't have to give me any photo credits. I'm no professional, lol! I honestly don't mind a bit.
