What is summer time without fresh tomatoes? I love grape or cherry tomatoes picked fresh off the vine, tossed in salad or stuffed into a taco. And, what is yummier than a thick slice of tomato, a little salad dressing, and some salt and pepper between two slices of bread? Seasonal sandwiches, yes! Garden tomatoes are great, but some of the store-bought things taste like cardboard.

Oh yes Martha...fresh vine ripen tomaotes...the best. The only thing my dearest can grow..but he loves his tomatoes.
