The Hat

It's done. That hat I set out to make. It's finished. It's too big for grand- children, but it fits my fat head. And it's warm and cozy.

Now To do something about that chin I've acquired... Oh, my goodness! How will I ever get rid of these extra pounds? Guess it won't be by baking pies and cookies or drinking coffee!

  1. Your new hat is so cute! I really wish I could do that. I've wanted to learn forever. Now I'm thinking my arthritic thumbs wouldn't let me enjoy it so much. You picked a pretty color, too! Matches your eyes!

  3. Nice hat! It should keep you warm when you and I go out to take pictures together. :)

I'm still trying to take off the pounds I put on last winter. I have been wearing a pedometer and am surprised how little I walk some days. It has made me walk more...apart from my daily exercise. I also started to track my eating by recording what I eat in My Fitness Pal. I went out to lunch with a friend today and got a reuben wrap and fries...too manycalories, so dinner was a grapefruit.

    1. I have chins even when I'm not overweight. Nice thing about being a little pudgy is that is fills out and smooths the face. ha ha!
