Lake Sunset

Last night I took James down to the lake at Webster Park. We didn't walk out on the pier and we didn't dip our feet into the cool water. It was almost too dark for picture taking, but there was a beautiful sunset to behold. Pink and blue, and blue and pink. Shadows and silhouettes. I couldn't resist taking a couple photos of some people paying on the beach.
We didn't stay long. There was loud music blaring from the pavilion/ house up on the bluff where someone was having a party. I was tired and out of sorts. James wasn't quite sure what to do with me, and quite honestly, I wasn't sure what to do with myself. I probably needed chocolate, but there was none to be found.

  6. I agree... when tired and out of sorts can't be brought around by a blue and pink sky and lapping water, the only other possible fix is chocolate.

(Okay - okay - PRAYER might be another answer... but I know what you mean.)
