Q is for Quaint

Q is for quaint. I guess I would refer to my parent's house as quaint. Rustic, with old barn boards still gracing the walls long after they went out of fashion. It remains a place where I see my father's love and handiwork.

    While the furniture looks quaint and comfrotable, the big window looks modern, bright, and inviting. I love the juxtaposition... and the light!

    Whenever I am there, no one else is and I don't have a key. It feels strange to be locked out of a home I always was able to open in the past.
