Hot Potato

My chives are growing. They are small and tender. I hear them calling for baked potatoes, butter and sour cream.

    I grew herbs last summer for the first time (in pots) I think chives were my favorite!

    Yesterday cake, today baked potato with sour cream and chives...My scales say I better stop visiting this blog....I'm gaining weight just drooling on the screen.

    Betsy, these chive produce the most beautiful crop of blossoms. I really rarely eat them.
