What an honor and what a blessing.
I hardly know what to say...
Alan and Heather, thank you. "Thank you" just doesn't cover all you have been to our family. You have shown so much love to my children through the years. I wish you could have bought the house next door, but God had other plans... Thank you for sharing in my Bethany's special day (I still have many of our emails stored away in a folder), and thank you for inviting us to share in Ashleigh's. We love you, we miss you.
Martha, it was my privilege to be part of the Teals' lives. You are all so special to us, although I must admit you and Bethany maybe are the most special ;) Thank you so much for coming and sitting with us at our table. It was like we had never been apart.
ReplyDeleteHi Martha, glad you got to go, but so sad that it didn't work out for us to go. I'll try not to be too depressed for much longer!! Heather,so far,has been the only christian "aunt"Emily and Abby have ever known( Mackenzie was only 1 yr old when they moved.) Such wonderful memories that live on in my heart! Heather would have had such a big impact on their lives if they stayed...now I have to get some tissues!
ReplyDeleteOk, that was my first blogger comment. I have to admit I was a little nervous. But I did it!
ReplyDeleteMichelle, you did a great job! Now we just have to get you your own blog.
ReplyDeleteI think we just might need to plan a "family" reunion... What do you think, Michelle?
ReplyDeleteOh, I agree! A reunion! A BBCS Reunion. That would be great!
ReplyDeleteOh, and Martha, we love you and miss you, too!
A reunion sounds good!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!No church will ever be the same for me.
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling place card. I know it must have been a lovey wedding.
ReplyDeleteGood to have you back Martha.
Thank you for letting me comment. It was fun, reminds me of instant messaging. I might havr to get my own blog b/c Heather's blog won't let anonymous comment
ReplyDeleteMichelle, I think you can type in your name, though. Right? You should definitely get your own, though. Come on!
ReplyDeleteA cookie with your name on it! I love it! What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteHow special that was. I gotta ask you.... did you save the cookie or eat it?
ReplyDeleteI ate it but not until the next morning. We slept too late to catch breakfast at the hotel and I was hungry. Bethany, on the other hand, made it all the way home with two cookies, her own and Heather's. But then she had already eated Josh's.
ReplyDeleteI just knew that Josh needed to have his own cookie with his name on it!
ReplyDeleteThat is so great that you are so good friends, that God put you both in each other's lives.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a great wedding. I am glad!
