Looking for Leprechans

I fully expected to catch myself a leprechan this evening. Unfortunately his mother's plans were changed when the daddy didn't have to go to class tonight. (That's okay, it was the daddy's birthday...) I did however find that a leprechan of some kind or other left his hat hanging on a chair in my kichen. He must have smelled the corned beef simmering in the crockpot, but he didn't bother to show up for supper. Too bad cause we had plenty to share.

  1. With Cabbage and potatoes and carrots? Oh sounds so good. I cooked that last week when it went on sale.Because it's so salty it's a treat I can cook only so often, r/t Carl's low sodium diet.
I'm trying the no gluten thing, it's working, not as much bloat and puffyness. But oh, I miss my bran muffins for breakfast!
Egg salad wrapped in a lettuce leaf is not a sammie. :(

  2. With cabbage and potatoes and carrots! It is a rare treat here too.
You can find gluten-free breads in the heath food section. I like the tapioca bread best especially if it's toasted. And, it comes here from Seattle.
