I thoroughly enjoyed my four day weekend and am looking forward with eager antici- pation to the next in two weeks. My Minnesota son and his family are coming to visit! How cool is that?I took my boy back to Auburn this afternoon and dodged the rain for most of the way, but it caught up with me about a half hour from home and gave my dirty, pollen-covered vehicle a good rinse. One free car-wash.

I looked at the radar map someone posted on Facebook not too long ago and thought, "Linda's going to get some rain." The same system is headed for us and due to arrive about midnight. I plan to be asleep.
