W is for Water

W is for water. I am trying to drink a lot of it. I have not been a good water drinker for a very long time and my body is thirsty. My hands are dry and my lips are chapped, so I am putting great effort into getting and staying hydrated.

I am doing better, especially if I use a straw, but I still like coffee better.

  2. I try to drink at least a liter of pure water each day. Good for you for trying to drink more.

  3. I have the same problem~especially in cold weather when water doesn't appeal to me! But I've been trying to drink more, too....I can tell I'm dehydrated! Just think how healthy we will be! ha.

      I'm hoping to change up my diet too once this crazy holiday season is over. January is a great time to start new things, dontcha think?

  6. Oh I really wish I enjoyed drinking water. It's a chore for me to drink enough. Maybe i'll try it with cucumber.

  7. I never drank water until about a year ago when my son convinced me I needed it. I still don't drink enough but I drink a lot more than I used to
