That's terrible...you should start skipping every 4th week. Don't you wish we could make it so simple. Hoping you wake up headache free tomorrow. Love and Hugs.
I went to bed with a bad headache and woke up to find it is still here! Ugh. I hadn't had one in quite a while, either! I hate these 48 hour kind I get. I really mush ask the doctor about them. No over the counter pain killers touch them! I can't seem to tie mine to hormones, like you, though. Hope we both feel better today!
Did you get more snow? We have a fresh, THICK new blanket this morning. It's gorgeous! ..although looking out at all that white brightness makes my head hurt. ha.
I'm sorry you have a headache too. :( I woke up to find my eyes swollen and sick-looking so we stayed home from church today. Staying home on Sunday mornings always throws me off. Maybe I'll get to night church...
No new snow this morning but it is expected to snow this afternoon. I know what you mean about that bright snow! Gives you a snow headache on top of whatever other kind you might have. Ha ha! And that's not even funny.
Martha, I feel for you. When I have a terrible headache, I tell myself to remember to take note of how wonderful I feel when I don't have one. And it's not as if life just stops because I have a headache...blah. Blah is exactly the right word. Hope you feel better soon...
:( I had a headache/neckache Friday too. I put a heating pad on my neck and it was very soothing and definitely helped the headache. Hope by now you're feeling better. <3
You have been headache free for a while....no?
ReplyDeleteWishing you a speedy recovery...
Cheers!
Linda :o)
They come around every four weeks or so... :P

Perhaps one day they will miraculously cease.
