Something didn't smell quite right yesterday afternoon and I discovered a certain somebody had created quite the mess. (Remnants of a recent stomach bug have wreaked havoc on one small digestive system...)
After carefully removing the socks and overalls from one small boy, I summoned help. One person to hold the child upright, another to roll the onsie up and over without smearing his little head with the offending substance. We decided a bath and change of clothes (duh!) was in order. Large kitchen sinks sure do come in handy. We had him cleaned up and smelling sweet in no time and he only cried when we took him out of the water.

He is the cutest little guy! look at those eyelashes!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I would ever tire of seeing sweet pictures of little ones.
ReplyDeleteEven at birth they have their own distinct look.
Many long years ago I was a delivery room nurse, I always loved to see each little bundle and their sweet little face.
I always loved giving my kids baths in the kitchen sink! So fun and much easier on my back!
ReplyDeleteDitto what Priscilla said! :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you didn't sprinkle the Miracle Grow on him. ;)
ReplyDeleteDo you think it might work?
